Quinta do Boição, in Bucelas, was built in the 1960s and later acquired by a Madeiran couple passionate about equestrianism. Initially used as a family refuge, they decided in 1992, with the birth of their first granddaughter, to transform it into a rural tourism destination. However, after more than twenty years and many grandchildren, the family decided to renovate the property and transform it into a place for rural accommodation and events. With about 30.000m² and surrounded by valleys and vineyards of one of the largest national wine producers, the farm has a main house, three villas, games room, swimming pool, riding stables, stables, tennis court and a large lawn area. All rooms and houses have been refurbished, offering comfort and amenities that allow guests to enjoy every moment of a peaceful and comfortable stay.
